Harrogate at its finest Positive: The location is excellent, approx 4 min walk from the town. The apartment for has everything you could want for either a work or leisure stay. The whole building has been renovated to a very high standard throughout, with extra nice touches and features for a very comfortable stay. Would definitely return Negative: Nothing not to like

Positive: The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Great location to the town centre. Negative: The heating was set far to high and no instructions on how to adjust. The fridge/freezer has issues - however an engineer did come out on our last day so hopefully these are now sorted.

Significant problems making a cool apartment a bad experience - hopefully they can be fixed. Positive: The apartment is very new and fittings etc are of good quality. It was very clean. It's a real shame that significant issues spoiled our stay. Negative: 3 major problems. If they aren't resolved I would recommend against staying. Unfortunately the owner told me that these issues are not actually there, (despite being mentioned in other reviews for this or their other properties) so its hard to have confidence they will be dealt with. 1) Air purification unit is fitted on the wall adjoining the bedroom. It runs continuously and was noisy. This kept us awake throughout the night. A warning light was flashing on it indicated it needs to be serviced, but the owner told us this is part of it's "normal operation" and no action will be taken. 2) Fridge indicated 1 degree, however it did not keep food cold (mentioned in other reviews). Effectively it provides a cool cupboard, but not refrigeration. 3) Slow wifi - using it for work was slow and we couldn't watch streamed TV eg on iplayer as it just kept buffering. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but it would not be fair to ignore these issues. Hopefully they can be resolved.

Positive: It was refurbished to a high standard lovely kitchen and bathroom,very good for town center and transport links. We had a slight problem with the fridge but Clara shorted it out no problem .
