Station Bridge Collection - Flat 5

Good location and spacious. Positive: Good location, flat felt spacious, easy check in, host was great to communicate with, had coffee and tea and milk for the morning, WiFi, good food recommendations. Negative: It was a cold day, but the flat was very cold, I think perhaps the heating needed to be on a lot longer before we arrived. The flat didn’t get warm until the morning. The rooms were quite bright at night with the street lights and it was single glazed so if you aren’t used to traffic noise it could be a bit loud and it is in the centre so to be expected for us. The flat being cold was mainly the only problem.

Great central one night stay Positive: Location is fantastic and ease of getting into the flat was great. The room is fantastically specious and decorated to a high standard and in keeping with the area. Warm and homely feel with great facilities. Negative: There is a street light directly outside the flat and unfortunately the blinds didn’t keep the light out through the night, however this wouldn’t deter us from staying again.

wonderful flat in a perfect location - would book again Positive: Perfect location, great flat and immaculate! Negative: The kitchen tap doesn’t work and the mattresses in the larger bedroom were very soft - but that’s a personal thing. we were also not a fan of the front door being open - we would have expected that to be locked for resident security.

Great location, very friendly staff who were so accommodating. We will definitely stay again! Brilliant value for money Positive: So close to centre, great restaurant downstairs that offer take away service. Negative: A little inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage etc to carry over from carpark as you can’t stop outside to drop stuff off. It’s not far. We just had lots of big Santa sacks but otherwise, for normal stays I think this wouldn’t be a problem! The blinds in the bedrooms are quite light so maybe take an eye mask
